We hope you plan on attending the July 2011 IEEE-802 Plenary Session! All Working Group meetings along with all tutorials and Calls-for-Interest will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco on the Embarcadero Plaza during the week of July 17-22, 2011.

Registration Fees and Hotel Discount:
The Registration Fee will be discounted by $300 US for attendees booking & staying one or more nights in the 802-contracted hotels: Hyatt Regency or Grand Hyatt San Francisco.
Note: repayment of the $300 discount will be required at registration, if your hotel stay cannot be verified by the hotel (i.e. your name must appear on the hotel’s list of registered guests).
Message from the IEEE 802 Meeting Manager:
Session Registration: Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an IEEE-802 Plenary Session must register for the session and pay the required fees.
Registration is available through a secure website. Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another plenary session. If you register for an IEEE-802 session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.

Web registration requires valid credit card information for the payment of the registration fee; checks are NOT accepted for web-registration.
