We are looking forward to welcoming you and your Working Group members that January 2013 Interim Session will take place January 13-18, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA.

 

Please share the attached Meeting Information Update #3 with your Working Group Members. The attached information memo will provide some important details about what to expect in Vancouver.

 

Vancouver International Airport (YVR) Transportation

 
Canada Line: The Canada Line connects Vancouver International Airport to downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Cost is $3.75 CAD for adults and $2.50 CAD for children each way, plus a $5.00 CAD surcharge for all trips originating at the airport. Hyatt Regency Vancouver is located at the Burrard Street Station and will require a transfer at either Granville Station or Waterfront Station. Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport 24 hours a day, including wheelchair accessible vans. Taxi queue areas are located at both the domestic and international arrivals terminals. Approximate cost to the Hyatt: $35.00 CAD
