[ECSG-802-OMNIRAN] Liaison letter from IEEE 802 OmniRAN EC SG to 3GPP SA2 on interpretation of TS 23.402 V11.6

Dear colleagues,

The IEEE 802 OmniRAN EC SG studied during its last session on March 
12-14 the assumptions for a Trusted WLAN Access Network as defined in 
chapter 16 of TS 23.402. When reviewing the specification we had 
difficulties to understand the desired behavior for a couple of cases 
and we would like to ask 3GPP SA2 for guidance.

Please find the liaison letter containing our questions attached to this 
email.

We would kindly appreciate a response of 3GPP to our questions.
