Thank you for your review and comment. Actually, I do apologize the second time that there was a copy-and-paste error. The paragraph you showed in the abstract of the draft submission 18-25/0004/r3 should be corrected as "This document proposes a response to liaison statement to ITU-R WP 5C on technical and operational characteristics of their systems operating in the range 450 GHz to 1000 GHz.". It is because, based on our email exchange with the authors about a month ago, the authors decided no longer to cite their contribution (in the 802.15 mentor) in this draft liaison anymore.

I uploaded revision 4 to correct this unintentional mistake:

Although the technologies proposed by this contribution were not included in the current IEEE Std 802.15.3-2023 standard, this information may help ITU-R WP 5C develop the working document on technical and operational characteristics of the fixed service applications operating in the frequency range 450-1 000 GHz. Should ITU-R WP 5C wish to use this material, please obtain permission for use of the material from the copyright owner(s). ~~NICT proposes to send a liaison statement to ITU-R WP 5C to inform the technical information provided in Ref.
