Dear Jodi!I apologize for my unintentional late response.Thank you for your review and comment. Actually, I do apologize the second time that there was a copy-and-paste error. The paragraph you showed in the abstract of the draft submission 18-25/0004/r3 should be corrected as "This document proposes a response to liaison statement to ITU-R WP 5C on technical and operational characteristics of their systems operating in the range 450 GHz to 1000 GHz.". It is because, based on our email exchange with the authors about a month ago, the authors decided no longer to cite their contribution (in the 802.15 mentor) in this draft liaison anymore.I uploaded revision 4 to correct this unintentional mistake:Regards,EdwardOn Thu, Feb 27, 2025 at 3:18 PM Jodi Haasz <j.haasz@xxxxxxxx> wrote:Hi Edward,In regards to the first contribution, I suggest changing the first paragraph as follows:IEEE 802 received a liaison statement from ITU-R Working Party (WP) 5C requesting technical and operational characteristics of the systems in the Fixed Service operating in the frequencies above 450 GHz. IEEE 802 .15 SC THZ (Standing Committee Terahertz) is soliciting and hearing contributions that address numerous THz issues in the frequency range 300 GHz to3000 GHz. IEEE 802.15 TG3mb received one contribution which proposes the channel plan and link budget for 500 GHz wireless access systems [1]. Although the technologies proposed by this contribution were not included in the current IEEE Std 802.15.3-2023 standard, this information may help ITU-R WP 5C develop the working document on technical and operational characteristics of the fixed service applications operating in the frequency range 450-1 000 GHz. Should ITU-R WP 5C wish to use this material, please obtain permission for use of the material from the copyright owner(s).NICT proposes to send a liaison statement to ITU-R WP 5C to inform the technical information provided in Ref. [1]Best regards,Jodi
