[802-LMSC] RevCom submissions for P802.11bk and P802.11bf



Dear LMSC members,

 

At the March 2025 Plenary session, the 802 LMSC conditionally approved forwarding P802.11bk and P802.11bf to RevCom.

 

The conditions for forwarding both projects have been met.

 

For P802.11bk:

  1. The 2nd recirculation ballot has completed and the approval criteria were met.

Ballot dates: 20 Mar 2025 – 30 Mar 2025

Approval rate: 98%

Returned ballots: 84%

Abstains: 3%

A total of 3 comments were received, 1 technical, 2 editorial.

The technical comment had to do with a number assigned by our ANA. After receiving an explanation for the assignment, the commenter withdrew the comment.

  1. No technical changes were made as a result of the recirculation ballot.
  2. No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues that are not resolved to the satisfaction of the submitter from existing DISAPPROVE voters were received.

For P802.11bf:

  1. The 4th recirculation ballot has completed and the approval criteria were met.

Ballot dates: 25 Mar 2025 – 4 April 2024

Approval rate: 98%

Returned ballots: 82%

Abstains: 1%

No comments were received.

 

  1. No technical changes were made as a result of the recirculation ballot.
  2. No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues that are not resolved to the satisfaction of the submitter from existing DISAPPROVE voters were received.

 

Both projects are on the RevCom agenda for the May 7 meeting.
