Colleagues, I would like to propose a student outreach event in Montreal. I am working with several professors to promote this event. I would like to offer both options: 1. "University Outreach" program ($25 - one day typically Tuesday, Intro/Debrief) 2. " Student Outreach" program ($100 - full week, No formal program) As well I would like to offer the students a bonus to attend the (already free) joint workshop for an introduction to the work: Tenth Joint IEEE 802 and ITU-T Study Group 15 Workshop – Emerging standards in the AI/ML world Please add an MI agenda item for student activities for the June 9 LMSC call. I understand the second is already in the registration system, so we would need a motion for the first one.
