I received this from Gaurav. To reach the 24 hour rule on external documents, I'm send it on his behalf. Since this letter is being sent from the working group, I'm declaring it II*.

Yes, I'd like ot retain our 48 hr rule for consent agenda items, but given these are II and I have't updated the agenda, I'll accept them.

Item 6.21 Liaison response: ETSI TC BRAN on Solid-State Weather Radar operations in 5 GHz band

Approve the following two documents for submission to ETSI TC BRAN as a response to ETSI TC liaison, granting the IEEE LMSC chair (or his delegate) editorial license.
