Albert,
I agree, adjustments of QoS parameters (and maybe others) is probably
important for maximizing roaming opportunities and making things behave
gracefully.
On your other point, my employer has just imposed travel restriction that
prevent me traveling to Singapore. I anticipate that some decisions will be
taken shortly to address the issue.
