Handoff ECSG Participants, The 802 Handoff ECSG have achieved all its stated objectives for the September 2003 Session in Denver Colorado, USA. In particular the attached PAR and five criteria documents were approved for forwarding to the LMSC EC for review and approval. This is a critical milestone and I thank all the participants for their efforts and contribtions that got us this far, especially those who sat through hours of painful wordsmithing this session.
