I won't be able to make the call today, but there is an improved use cases spreadsheet (Excel) attached to this email. It is improved in the sense that the mechanics of using Excel for this sort of ecxercise are far better than word tables and I have improved the layout. The cases actually entered are purely notional. Hopefully I will have given these further thought before next week. Mick
