The special committee has completed the first phase of its work and created a list of use cases and covering usage models.

The next step of work is to fill in technical details of traffic profiles and to create simulation scenarios from the usage models.  This will take place during the period ending  on 9th September with the last telephone meeting of the special committee.

The usage models are available in document 11-03-355r4 (Attached)

(For information, the minutes of our meetings can be found in 11-03-354, which may be uploaded from the 802.11 website).

I hereby invite review by the organizations represented above of the work already done, and contribution (particularly where there are blanks in the current document, such as in description of application traffic profiles).  Please send any comments or contributions to me in any form that is convenient to you.

I thank you in advance for any contributions you able to make.
