The meeting for June 2000 has been moved which clears conflicts w/ SC25 and
SC6 meetings, also IEC meetings.
New date: MTW June 19-21, 2000 in Piscataway.
Submittal deadline will be adjusted
REVCOM submittals now no longer need 20 paper copies. New req't: 5 Paper
copies + pdf.
The board meeting adjourned early because the IEEE building shut down at
11AM courtesy of Hurricane Floyd.
