Re: +++Press News Byte - 802.15

1) More background material is needed. Please add the definition of
Personal Operating Space--otherwise people that read the release won't have
any idea of what POS means.
"A Personal Operating Space (POS) is a space about a person or object that
typically extends up to 10 meters in all directions and envelops the person
whether stationary or in motion. It may also include the space a person
regularly control as their own, regardless of their personal presence, such
as a house. The notion includes personal control over devices and noise
sources within this space.
Such use models permit more freedom over the reliability of the link than
in Office, Medical or Inventory LAN applications where the primary goal is
link robustness and range is important. Consequently, WPAN standards are
able to focus on other priorities such as Cost, Size, Power Consumption and
Data Rate."
2) What happened to the objective of co-existance with 802.11? Wasn't that
in the Scope section of the original PAR we approved in March?
