RE: IEEE 802 Rules Change Ballot--Elimination of Friday Plenary Meeting




Bob,  That's exactly the point.  Business that you can't really count on 
is more of a problem rather than a help.  I wonder if we could somehow 
solicit for WG's (or outside groups, e.g. 10GEA, etc.)  willing to commit 
to being there during the previous plenary session ???   I'd be happy to 
hold onto the room-block, if there was someway to guarantee it would 
actually be used.  At four months out, room-block adjustments are usually 
no problem.  At 2 weeks out, they're a BIG problem !!!

Good News about 10GEA for La Jolla; that's one less thing to worry 
about.  Since it's such a good deal for you guys, would you want to make 
it a regular thing for the next couple of years ???  I'd vote for it !!!
