Clarification of deference DSSS and FHSS

1) Since the person below seems to be fairly influential in India Telecom
(Director of PTT), it might be good to send a simple, positive answer. We
might someday need support from India on spectrum.
2) Suggest you also nicely inform the person below not to use the 802
reflector for technical questions on 802.11b.
