RE: FCC Invitation



Pat,

Thanks for your input. But, yes, we talked to the lawyer of the FCC General
Counsel Office. He in fact is the person that is the specialist to the
ethical part of the business. He told us that our invitation will be
reviewed by the GCO and, depending on the subject matter and funding method,
either approved or rejected.

I have attached the e-mail I sent to Julie this morning. Roger has done the
part about the funding directly.
