[802SEC] RE: +++ SEC Ballot: Forward IEEE 802.15.1 to Sponsor Ballot
I vote Disapprove.
I do so because of what I judge to be open technical issues. In the
"unresolved negative comment Workbook", the worksheet labeled "LB10
All Comments, as of 3May01" includes several comments which, though
marked "Accepted", are also marked "Open". I understand this to mean
that they have not been incorporated; I have spot-checked some of
these and found that they are indeed not in the draft under review.
It appears to me that several of these (including 7, 8, 14, and 19)
are substantial, noneditorial issues.
In addition, the worksheet labeled "LB8 All Comments, as of 3May01"
shows nine comments marked Accepted and Open. All of these are marked
as "Technical" comments. I don't have enough information to determine
whether these changes were ever implemented in the draft, so I will
assume that database is correct in reporting that they remain Open.

received (even though resolved), a new SEC motion is required for approval
to move to Sponsor Ballot.
