Dear SEC,

Per the NESCOM continuous processing conference call meeting this morning
the 802a and 802.16a PARs were approved for submittal to the Standard Board
for default letter ballot.  The default letter ballot concludes Feb 14 upon
which, if there are no objections, the PARs will be approved.
