RE: [802SEC] IEEE SA BoG Meeting co-located with July 802 plenary--provide feedback
Paul,
I think that co-locating these meetings is a good idea. I also agree with
Bob G, that we should get the chance to give them a bit of "feedback" on the
trademark policy.

Subject: [802SEC] IEEE SA BoG Meeting co-located with July 802
plenary--provide feedback
Dear SEC,
Ben Johnson and Jim Carlo have inquired if 802 would be interested in
co-locating our July 802 plenary session with the IEEE-SA Board of Govenor's
meeting. I think it is a good idea. It will give 802 members a chance to
directly interface with BoG members.
My recommendation would be for the BoG to meet the Fri/Sat at the end of our
plenary session (July 12&13).
They would need room for about 25 people, which I think would not interfere
with our meeting space requirments.
Any thoughts from the SEC? I need feedback quickly as the BoG need to pin
down there meeting plans this week. If I don't hear any negatives by Friday
PM, I will recommend we go ahead and make the arrangements for the
co-located meetings.
