Re: LCD Projectors for St. Louis Plenary
Meeting
For the meetings in St. Louis we have hired SWANK
Audio Visual to set up and tear down all the LCD
projectors.
At the Hyatt, SWANK has been contracted on Monday,
Tuesday and Thursday night until 10 pm and the other nights until 6:30
pm. If a meeting which your
working group has scheduled ends later then the aforementioned times please
ensure arrangements are made with your WG member running the meeting to take
the projector and all the cords to their guestroom over night and return it to
the IEEE office (Meteor) by 7:45 am the following
morning.
The meeting rooms are scheduled to be locked over
lunch and dinner breaks. If your
meeting breaks earlier please let either staff in the IEEE office, hotel
security or CS (Conference Services) know when to lock the meeting
space.
It is important to have the projectors returned in
a timely manner so SWANK can reset for the next scheduled
meetings.
Kindly contact Dawn Slykhouse with your requests
for projectors to be used at interim meetings by Wednesday at
noon.
