Overall, I think the reply comment is very well written. However, I have a few comments.
In paragraph 18, the following language appears: "importance and is concern that is always being addressed". This is very confusing. Please clarify this language.
Paragraphs 21, 22, 24, and 25 have some comments offset by asterisks. These don't appear to be relevant. Please remove them if they are not appropriate.
