[802SEC] Stuart Kerry's votes on Rules Letter Ballots and Get802 SEC motion


Dear SEC,

Due to technical difficulties, Stuart Kerry is unable to vote via email,
therefore cast his vote on the SEC Rules Change ballots and Get802 motion
via a phone conversation he and I had this afternoon (Friday June 7).

Stuart Kerry's Votes:
1) Rules change to add second Vice Chair: DISAPPROVE, agrees with Roger
Mark's comments
2) Rules change to set Opening/Closing SEC meeting times: APPROVE
3) Rules change to allow WG electronic voting: APPROVE
4) Get802 motion: APPROVE
