[802SEC] Pre-Registration Numbers by the WG at the cutoff deadline.
We had 800 pre-regs at the cutoff for St. Louis; this time we only have 657
but the cutoff is a week earlier so that may be having some impact. The
table below shows the WG interests selected by our registrants for Primary &
Secondary WG.

As expected 802.3 is down somewhat this time, and 802.16 is also lower, but
802.11 and 802.15 are very close to their last numbers.
For some reason the number of cancellations is running less than before, but
that could again be the earlier deadline.
