I think the intent of the motion is clear independent of the precise
identification of FtF. To expedite things, my vote will remain approve if
the friendly amendment is made. (Actually, I would have been satisfied if
the motion was only the first sentence.)

I vote APPROVE on the condition that "Face to Face Consulting" is
changed in the motion to "Face to Face Events, Inc.", the correct name
of our meeting planners. Otherwise, I will not be authorized to pay the
invoice for CDs.
