Your point is well taken. However, I think I have already taken such
overlap into account. The attendance projections for 802.18 and 802.19
were requested to be incremental attendance projections, i.e. those who
are projected to attend specifically to go to .18 or .19 and would
otherwise not attend.
That said, any assistance in refining these projections is more than welcome.
