Re: [802SEC] 802 Plenary registration fees




Buzz,

We currently have an adequate reserve to cover the primary meeting hotel
cancellation penalties, but we will be losing on average ~$20k per
meeting in 2003 if we continue the $250/$300 registration fee structure.

How much additional reserve we need to cover the worst case secondary
hotel cancellation penalties is yet to be determined.  That in my mind
will determine whether the increase should be to $275/$325 or $300/$350.

That said, other opinions are welcome and invited.
