Re: [802SEC] Rules changes for approval Friday
Mat,
I proposed the following changes to "0211SEC_rules_title_change_R5.pdf".
1) Change the title of section 3.6 to
"Revision of the Policies and Procedures".
2) Change the title of section 3.6.1 to
"Initiation of Proposed LMSC Policies and Procedures Changes".
3) Change section 3.6.1.1.b to
"The specific text of the proposed change and the rationale
for the chosen text".
4) Change the 3rd sentence of the second paragraph of section 3.6.5 to
"The revised LMSC Policies and Procedures shall be forwarded
to the Computer Society Standards Activity Board (CS SAB).
If the revised Policies and Procedures are known to be in
conflict with the CS SAB Policies and Procedures, the cover
letter shall request formal CS SBA approval of the variance."
