[802SEC] +++ SEC EMAIL BALLOT +++ MOTION: Authorize forwarding of International Award - Endorsement letter for Carl Stevenson to IEEE-SA

Dear SEC,

This is a 10 day SEC email ballot to make a determination on the below SEC
motion to authorize forwarding of the attached International Award
endorsement letter for Carl Stevenson to the IEEE-SA.  Moved by Bob Heile,
seconded by Mat Sherman.

The email ballot opens on Monday March 24, 2003 5PM EST and closes Thursday
April 3, 2003 5PM EST.
