Dear SEC members, Attached is a paper from the U. of Pittsburgh that some of you have seen before, but some may have not. It is a very good analysis of what makes a standards body successful. This should be required reading for leaders within the LMSC. I would like to see it added to our devdocs page. My thanks to Gary Robinson for digging it up and sending it to me again.
