In my PDF of the rules date 7/02 it says:
5.1.4.3 Working Group Chair’s
Responsibilities
e) Speak for the Working
Group to the Executive Committee and, in the case of a
"Directed
Position" vote the will of the Working Group in accordance with
Procedure # 8.

PROCEDURE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Procedure 9
PROCEDURE FOR ESTABLISHING A DIRECTED POSITION
Please fix.
I trust this is one that we can do with a minimum of fuss.
