Dear SEC,

 

I wish to reserve the July 22 8PM-9:30PM Tutorial Slot for an "Ethernet Retrospective". 

 

It turns out 2003 is the 30th anniversary of Ethernet, and Bob Metcalfe will be in San Francisco the week of the July Plenary Session and would be available to be a speaker at this session.  Geoff Thompson has agreed to speak, and Geoff and I will try to get two more Ethernet 'old-timers' to give their perspective as well.
