[802SEC] Minutes of March 19 2004 updated
As part of the transfer of treasurer responsibilities, Bill discovered
that the minutes from the March session did not actually mention the
names of the officers that were affirmed by the EC on that Friday. I
have modified items 6.01 and 6.02 to correct this omission. I have also
update the first page of the minutes to identify the date of the most
recent update.
