soon as you see this email, as we need to get the letter to SC6 and the Head
of the China delegation as soon as possible so they have the approved letter
prior to Roger's visit to CESI on 28 January.

the letter was approved at the 802.11 WG Interim Session on 21 JAN 2005 by a
vote of 79 approve, 0 disapprove, 2 abstain.
The ballot
opens Saturday 22 JAN 11am ET and closes the sooner of
Thursday 27 JAN 11am ET or 24 hours after all EC member have cast
a
vote (a vote consists of an explicit APPROVE, DISAPPROVE or
ABSTAIN).
