Paul,
The Open Office hours were held during time when IEEE 802.3 was in plenary session. I think applies to some other working groups as well. If this is done at future meetings, I hope the time gets rotated around in some fashion to give others access to it.
The data is interesting, but I'm not sure what to do with it. A lot of the items seem vague or not possible to act on: e.g.
Why are internal servers bad? Are people finding problems with stale pages? I think our users might be less happy with external bandwidth problems we would run into without them.
How could we have a meaningful interactive 2 hour opening plenary? Note that we attempted an interactive tutorial session and almost no one came.
