Re: [802SEC] +++EC Email Ballot+++ Motion on The Atlanta Proposal+++ends 29 July 2005

I approve both motions.

And the amount of detail on the deal is comparable to what appears in our minutes of past meeting votes on hotels and similar to what is in our treasurer's report after the meeting so I don't have a problem with that. We need some information to base a decision on and I think Buzz has hit it about right.
