[802SEC] Update to Mat's slide for closing EC meeting

All,

 

Attached is a small update to my P&P slide that reflects a comment that
Bob made during the closing EC meeting that we should eliminate the
requirement that WG interpretations be approved by the EC.

 

If anyone has any comments on the content of this slide, please let me
know.
