I find it odd that SASB approved calculations that include Nn votes for
ReturnRate and AbstainRate but not ApproveRate. If Nn votes are invalid
votes, then they should not be included in ReturnRate and AbstainRate.
If Nn votes are valid votes, then they should be included in
ApproveRate. I suppose it's too late to change the process, but still
felt the need to express this thought.
