[802SEC] +++EC 5 Day Review+++ 802.18 Comments on Progeny Request for FCC Waiver

Dear EC,

At the recent IEEE 802 Wireless Interim the RR-TAG approved a document
providing comments on Progeny LMS, LLC's request for a second FCC waiver
on construction of their network in the 902 - 928 MHz band. These
comments oppose granting the waiver and suggest that the FCC remove
M-LMS as an authorized service in this frequency band.

This document was approved on 15 May by a vote of 7/0/1.
