Attached is a revised schedule for the July plenary. We are trying to keep all the meeting space with the Hyatt hotel so you will note the following assignments have been done under the direction of Buzz: 1. Some meetings have been assigned rooms smaller than requested; please review the schedule carefully (meeting room assignments have changed from the last schedule). If this does not work for the TG or SG then you must offer to switch it with another meeting room utilized by your WG. The set up numbers for most WG are not supported by the registration numbers and we are requesting you consider the size of the meeting. At issue are meetings for 50 attendees or less. 2. We are using Summit 25 & 26 which are located on the 25th and 26th floor respectively. This space is most suitable for conference style of 10 but we are adding extra chairs so the fit is tight. As well the closest restroom facility for these meeting rooms is located on the 4th floor. 3. Food and beverage service is planned for the third and fourth levels. Meeting rooms not located on the third or fourth level will have to plan their breaks accordingly. These include meetings located in Aspen, Pinyon, Summit 25 and Summit 26. 4. We are short space on Wednesday and Thursday. Please consider your WG schedule and let us know if you can release a room to accommodate the meetings with non-assigned space. Particularly we hope Thursday morning since many meetings are wrapping up and we only need one more room! 5. Meeting rooms are not confirmed and subject to change. 6. Let me know if I am missing a meeting, duplicating meeting space or any other errors I may have made so I can make the appropriate corrections. 7. Please reply by noon PST on June 18 that you are in agreement of the schedule or with any suggested changes. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
