[802SEC] March Tutorials--scheduling rev01

Dear EC Members,

The tutorial slots are filled for March, the schedule  is as follows:

1) Standards Education--Nikolich/Mills/McClain--1st Monday slot

2) Multi-radio Power Management--Vivek Gupta--2nd Monday slot

3) Television Whitespace--Sherman--1st Tuesday slot

4) Patent Pools--Ed Rashba--2nd Tuesday slot

Additionally, David Law submitted a request for the 2nd Tues slot to be used 
as a Call for Interest (CFI) regarding the 802.1 Audio/Video Bridging 
project's request for support from 802.3 on the 802.1AS Timing and 
Synchronization protocol.  I'll work with David and Buzz to see where this 
CFI can best be scheduled.
