[802SEC] Liaison from IEEE 802 LMSC to JTC1/SC6 WG1

Dear EC members,

You may recall that I appointed Jesse Walker to server as the liaison from IEEE 802 LMSC to JTC1/SC6 WG1 in November 2004.  Jesse has been serving in that capacity since, but is no longer able to serve hence I'm appointing Andrew Myles to serve in that position.  Andrew will provide feedback to JTC1/SC6 WG1 regarding any 802 related issues and will provide feedback to us regarding JTC1/SC6 WG1 activities as necessary.

Thanks to Jesse for his service and to Andrew for volunteering to fill the position going forward.
