[802SEC] For Consideration in July-Draft revision PAR for 802.15.4

Dear EC Colleagues

In compliance with the 30 day  rule, 802.15 is submitting a revision PAR 
for 802.15.4 for consideration in July. It can be found at:

This PAR is only for maintenance changes (editorial and technical 
corrections) to 802.15.4-2006, incorporating 802.15.4a-2007, 
802.15.4c-2009, 802.15.4d-2009 and 802.15.4h Corrigendum 1. As a 
consequence no 5C is needed and non is submitted.  A revision is required 
after there are 3 completed amendments.  The intent is to get this 
completed before the next group of amendments are finished.  Let me know if
