[802SEC] Comment request on proposed press releases for 802.11 U & V amendments

Dear EC,

802.11u and 802.11v were published late February.
During the March plenary 802.11 drafted two press releases which have now been edited by Karen McCabe.

Before I start a formal EC ballot I want to request comments/changes that should be included.

I propose to keep the comment period open for 7 days. On Friday April 8 I'll incorporate all comments received and, based upon Paul's approval,  begin a 10 day EC letter ballot.
