I don't think this release will serve your purposes.
It takes until line 28 before a reader hits any words that are of
interest to our constituency.
By that time the target editors will have already decided that they are
not interested in what seems to be the core subject of:
spectrum of "existing radars and 15 fixed satellite earth stations"
Boring !!
You need to LEAD OFF with what's important, new bands and new capacity
have been opened up for consumers to use and 802 is doing something
about it.
Something like:
"IEEE 802 launches new standards project to
bring newly available spectrum to consumer fixed and mobile wireless
broadband"
Please rewite and try again.
