Dear EC members, At the March 2013 IEEE 802 Plenary meeting conditional approval was granted to forward IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1a) Ethernet MIBs to RevCom. Details are provided in the attached report but in summary the response to the Clause 12 'Procedure for Conditional Approval to Forward a Draft Standard' items are as follows: a) The recirculation occurred essentially in accordance with the plan presented. b) The approval rate after resolution of the ballot is greater than 75% and there were no new negative DISAPPROVES votes. c) No technical changes have been made. d) There were no new valid DISAPPROVE comments. Two editorial required (ER) comment, not associated with a vote, were received from Editorial Coordination. The first reads 'The changes presented in this draft meet all editorial requirements once the revised PAR is approved.', the second reads 'After a second review, I remove my conditions about the PAR. This draft meets all editorial requirements'. As a point of information there isn't a revised PAR associated with this project. e) There were no new invalid DISAPPROVE comments. f) Please see this email. Based on the above I'm submitting IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1a) for consideration on the June RevCom agenda. Best regards, David Law ---------- This email is sent from the 802 Executive Committee email reflector. This list is maintained by Listserv.
