[802SEC] Draft press release for review - IEEE P802.3bk Extended EPON draft approval as an IEEE standard

Dear EC members,

I hope that the IEEE P802.3bk Extended EPON draft will be approved as an IEEE standard at the upcoming IEEE-SA Standards Board meeting on Friday 23rd August, and due to this I've arranged for the development of the attached press release. Since the development of this press release was at the request of the Task Force Chair and myself I'm seeking EC approval. Based on this I'd like to request review before proceeding to an email ballot, therefore please provide comments on the attached draft by Wednesday 14th August, 2013 11:59PM AOE.
