[802SEC] FCC releases an NPRM on unlicensed spectrum use related to the TV Band incentive auction, and an NPRM on wireless mic operations related to the TV Band Incentive Auction

New Proceeding Seeks to Accommodate Wireless Microphone Users' Needs By Promoting Technological Advances, Revising Rules Where Wireless Microphones Currently Operate, and Exploring Opportunities in Additional Bands.
