For Privacy EC SG the suggestion was to do again Tuesday and Thursday evenings, so it would not be a problem if this 3GPP meeting takes place in the morning.
The informal agreement was also to alternate with the 802.1 Local Address Space SG, which would meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

As we look for the "best" time, remember that we have the following "joint" efforts also competing for that elusive time slot....
1. Privacy EC SG - Tuesday/Monday Evening?
2. Joint 802.1 and 802.15
3. Joint 802.1 and 802.11 (Thursday AM1)
4. 3GPP
5. 802.1 Local Address Space Study GroupIt will be an interesting puzzle to put together.

Jon,
Dino requested Tuesday morning. I explained that we have two time slots: AM1 and AM2, and explained the times. He said he preferred AM1, but I would suspect that if we felt that AM2 was better he could probably work with that time.
I was not suggesting it be in conjunction with WNG. I would schedule it as part of 802.19 but once we pick a time, I would request a larger room for that one time-slot.
If a lot of people feel that AM2 is better we can ask him to switch to that time, but if not we can stick with AM1.

Steve, Paul,
That is the 802.11 WNG mtg slot.
Are you suggesting that we hold that in conjunction with that one?
Not sure that it is a show stopper, but for the topic, we will need to determine how many you think will want to attend his talk...then we can look for a room...
Getting a larger room at that time may or may not be easy, we will see.

EC,
Paul and I have exchanged a few emails with Dino Flore from 3GPP, regarding scheduling of his presentation at the January all-802 meeting.
We are looking at Tuesday January 13 in the AM1 time-slot (8 AM – 10 AM).
Does anyone have a problem with that date/time? Assuming I do not hear of any major problem with that date/time in the next day or so, I will notify Dino that that date/time works.
Jon, once I have confirmed this we can schedule a larger room for 802.19 that one time-slot.
