I believe,  based on the email reflector traffic that document ec-15-0035r1 should be acceptable.  This revision

contains tracked changes.  Therefore,

 

I move to authorize the 802 chair to forward the content of https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/15/ec-15-0035-01-00EC-letter-to-fcc-regarding-802-11-rr-dsrc-tt.docx to the FCC, with tracked changes removed.
