[802SEC] IEEE 802.24 Officer Election Results

EC Colleagues,

There was one candidate for each  IEEE 802.24 officer position.  The election results were as follows:

   Tim Godfrey was affirmed as Chair (6 - 0 -  0 )
   Ben Rolfe was affirmed as Vice-Chair (6 - 0 - 0)
